These 603 sq.ft. apartments are located on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floor of a walk up building. They are in the same building as the apartment TOWNHOUSE.

Midtown East district is famous for hosting numerous skyscrapers. This apartment is well located near the most famous New York attractions. It is a 15 minutes' walk from Central Park and Madison Avenue. Madison Avenue is ideal for shopping, there are the world's greatest designers' boutiques and other famous shops such as Bloomingdale's and Sacks. You are also very close to the MoMA and the Rockefeller Centre. This area is full of bars and restaurants.

The entrance leads to the living room, which has three windows and hardwood floors. It is furnished with a built-in closet, a dining table, a desk, three chairs, a queen size sofa bed, and two coffee tables. At the opposite side of the entrance there is an opened kitchen with a granite counter top and stainless steel drawers. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and stainless steel appliances, such as a sink, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave oven. The bedroom is in an alcove, separated from the living room by a screen. It is furnished with a queen size bed, a bedside table and a lamp. On the right side of the apartment entrance you can access to a full bathroom, which has granite floors and marble walls. It is equipped with a sink, a toilet and a bathtub with shower.
