These pictures represent 3 similar apartments located in the same building. They all have the same size and the same equipment, only the decoration may vary from one apartment to another. The prices online correspond to the rental of one apartment. If you want to reserve two apartments, please add a note in your request specifying how many accommodations you need to rent.
These 785 sq.ft. apartments are on the 3rd and 4th floor of a building with elevator.
You are in the center of Manhattan, in the Upper East Side district. This area has a high concentration of museums. They are mainly located along the 5th Avenue, which was dubbed "Museum Mile". You are at about fifteen minutes walking from Whitney Museum of American Art and at about twenty minutes from the Guggenheim Museum and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. You can also reach Central Park walking and stroll around. There are also a lot of designer boutiques and chic restaurants in this area.
The kitchen and the dining room are on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, oven, gas hobs and microwave oven. There is a dining table with 4 chairs.
The living room is upstairs. It is furnished with a double sofa bed, a coffee table and a bookshelf. The living room is equipped with a 42-inch plasma HD TV. You also have a wireless Internet connection and air conditioning throughout the apartment.
The 3 bedrooms are on the top floor. They all have a queen size bed and a bedside table. We provide blankets and pillows free of charge for the maximum capacity of the apartment (i.e.: in this 3-bedroom apartment 4 sets of blankets/sheets/pillows are included- 1 for each bed, and 1 for the sofa bed). The customer can order additional sheets, blankets, and pillows for a onetime fee of $25/set.

Finally, there are 2 bathrooms. The first one is complete with bathtub and shower head, sink and toilet. The second one has a shower and a sink. The owner shall provide each tenant with a towel. If you would like more, there is a $ 5 charge for each additional fresh towel.

This well equipped triplex accommodation is a good value for money and will allow you to have dream holydays in New York with your friends or your family.

Internet and WIFI are provided in all apartments; however, the owner cannot guarantee they will be working all the time.
