It is located at few minutes from Soho, Union Square, Little Italy... This accommodation in New York can accommodate up to 4 people: 2 in each bedroom with full sizes beds (54'' x 75''). In the corner of the street, there is a brick-oven pizza oven, and there also is a very good restaurant next door called the "Alias." A 42 inch flat screen TV and Wi-Fi Internet are available. Large windows give this apartment a wonderful luminosity. The kitchen is equipped with a table for 4, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator and shelves. A laundry is located near the building. The apartment includes gas, electricity, heat and hot / cold water ...
The owner shall provide each tenant with a towel. If you would like more, there is a $ 5 charge for each additional fresh towel. We provide blankets and pillows for the maximum capacity of the apartment, free of charge (i.e.: a 2 bedroom apartment is allotted 3 sets of blankets/sheets/pillows - 1 for each bed, and 1 for the sofa bed).
