Greenwich Village, often called "the cultural heart of New York" is a bohemian area famous for being the birthplace of political, artistic and cultural movements. It is full of cafes, bookstores, independent theaters and jazz clubs. Today, it is mainly a residential area. To discover New York by night, you can go to the Meatpacking District, a twenty minutes' walk away. This district, full of nightclubs, has kept its charm, with its industrial buildings and its cobbled streets. You are also about twenty minutes' walk from Little Italy and China Town.

Situated on the 5th floor with no elevator. You enter in the main room where the living room, the kitchen and the dining area are. The living room has a full size sofa bed (futon), a coffee table and a bookshelf. There is a table with four chairs. The kitchen is opened and equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, gas hobs,... The apartment has three bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed, separated by a dividing screen. The third bedroom has a double futon bed.

We provide blankets and pillows for the maximum capacity of the apartment, free of charge. The customer can order additional sheets, blankets, and pillows for a onetime fee of $25/set.

The bathroom has a shower and a sink. Toilets are independent. The owner shall provide each tenant with a towel. If you would like more, there is a $ 5 charge for each additional fresh towel.

Finally, for your comfort, this accommodation has air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet and a 42 inch plasma HDTV.

Internet and WIFI are provided in all apartments; however, the owner cannot guarantee they will be working all the time.

This apartment, ideally located, allow you to visit the different neighborhoods of Manhattan walking.
