You are in the district of SoHo, where in the in the 1960's, this area was famous for its artists and for being the birthplace of the artistic and cultural movements. Today, you can still discover art galleries but more common sights are luxury fashion boutiques, chic restaurants and cool bars. A stroll through the streets of Little Italy and Chinatown allows you to explore these two districts and see how their unique cultural personalities have been maintained. Both these districts are 10 minutes walk away from your accommodation with the New Museum only 5 minutes away. In addition, you are 15 minutes walk from Columbus Park. Access to other districts of New York is made easy by the subway at Bowery Street station.

Your 600 sq ft 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 5th floor of the building that has no elevator. The open-plan living area is a comfortable place, together with the direct sunlight from the large windows, you are truly in a relaxing atmosphere. There is a sofa, a table with 4 chairs and a flat screen T.V. The well equipped kitchen has all the essentials needed to prepare a home cooked meal. Both accommodations have been tastefully furnished and each bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom is complete with bath/shower, wash-hand basin and toilet. In addition, there is air-conditioning, central heating and wireless internet.

Internet and WIFI are provided in all apartments; however, the owner cannot guarantee they will be working all the time.

You have the appropriate number of sheets and pillows for the capacity of the apartment. You can request extra set of pillows, sheets and blankets for $25 per set. The owner provides each tenant with a bath towel. If you would like more, there is an extra charge of $5 per towel.
