These pictures represent 3 different apartments located in the same building. All have the same area (826 sq.ft.) and the same equipment, only the decoration may vary from one apartment to another.

Those apartments with elevator are in the same building as the apartments SKY 2BR LUXURY, SKY LUXURY GRANDE, SKY 2BR LITE, SKY 3BR LITE.

Williamsburg is a neighborhood in Brooklyn, where many ethnic groups (Germans, Jews, Italians, Puerto Ricans and Dominicans) were installed. It is especially an area with a large, young, trendy and thriving artistic community. This district represents a crossroads of strong cultures influences for rock and "hipster". The first artists moved to Williamsburg in the 70s, attracted by low rents, large spaces available and the ease of transport (Williamsburg is only one metro stop from Manhattan). The metro station is 100m from the apartment. You will find many art galleries, trendy shops, bars with live concerts and independent theaters.

You enter in the bright main room where the living room, the kitchen and the dining room are. The living room has a sofa bed and it is equipped with a 42 inch HD Plasma TV. There is a dining table for 5 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, gas hob, microwave oven and dishwasher. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. Both have a double bed. The biggest one has a build-in closet.

We provide blankets and pillows for the maximum capacity of the apartment, free of charge (i.e.: a 2 bedroom apartment is allotted 3 sets of blankets/sheets/pillows - 1 for each bed, and 1 for the sofa bed). The customer can order additional sheets, blankets, and pillows for a onetime fee of $25/set.

The bathroom is complete with bathtub and shower head, sink and toilet. The owner shall provide each tenant with a towel. If you would like more, there is a $ 5 charge for each additional fresh towel.

Finally, for your comfort the apartment has air conditioning and a wireless Internet connection.
