Williamsburg is a cosmopolitan neighborhood of Brooklyn, where many artists have settled down. There is a very active artistic community. This area is a real crossroads of many ethnic and artistic influences. The first artists moved to Williamsburg in the 70s, attracted by low rents, large spaces available and easy access to Manhattan by public transportation (Williamsburg is just at a subway station from Union Square). The metro station is 100m from the apartment. From Union Square, you can easily walk around Greenwich Village or Chelsea. In Williamsburg, there are many art galleries, trendy shops, concert bars and independent theaters. The nightlife in this district is very lively.

You enter in the main room, which is large and bright, where the living room, the dining room and the kitchen are. The living room has a sofa bed and a coffee table. There is a 42 inches plasma HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, an oven, gas hob, a microwave and a dishwasher. There is a dining area with a table for 4 people. The three bedrooms of the apartment have each one a full size bed.

We provide blankets and pillows for the maximum capacity of the apartment, free of charge (i.e.: a 2 bedroom apartment is allotted 3 sets of blankets/sheets/pillows - 1 for each bed, and 1 for the sofa bed). The customer can order additional sheets, blankets, and pillows for a onetime fee of $25/set.

The bathroom is complete with bathtub and shower head. The owner shall provide each tenant with a towel. If you would like more, there is a $ 5 charge for each additional fresh towel.

For your comfort, the apartment has air conditioning and wireless internet.
