Williamsburg is an avant-gardist neighborhood of Brooklyn where, since the 70s, a cosmopolitan and thriving artistic community has settled. There is a wide choice of shops and restaurants which stand heads above the rest.
Bedford Avenue is full of shops, cafes, art galleries, restaurants and wine shops of the latest trends. Manhattan is easily accessible. You are at only a few minutes by subway (one stop - 100m from the apartment) from Union Square. Williamsburg is also the perfect destination for those who are looking for exploring another part of New York.
The main room includes the living room and the kitchen. There are a double sofa bed, a coffee table and a dining table with 4 chairs. The living room is equipped with a 42-inch plasma HDTV, a wireless Internet connection and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large stainless steel fridge, an oven, gas hob, a microwave and a dishwasher. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and two bedside tables. The second one also has a queen size double bed.
We provide blankets and pillows for the maximum capacity of the apartment, free of charge (i.e.: a 2 bedroom apartment is allotted 3 sets of blankets/sheets/pillows - 1 for each bed, and 1 for the sofa bed). The customer can order additional sheets, blankets, and pillows for a onetime fee of $25/set.
The bathroom is complete with bathtub and shower head, sink and toilet. The owner shall provide each tenant with a towel. If you would like more, there is a $ 5 charge for each additional fresh towel.
