Originally, SoHo was an industrial district, then in the 60s, 70s, the area became famous as the abandoned factories offered a cheap real estate space for artists. Many former industrial buildings, appreciated by artists for their size and brightness, were then transformed into studios and lofts. Today, you still can find galleries, but there are mostly luxury boutiques, restaurants and bars.

This apartment has been renovated recently and is situated in a building without an elevator. For your comfort, it is fully equipped and it has air conditioning in the main room and a wireless internet connection. The whole apartment has wooden floor. Entering the apartment, you arrive in the main room where you can find the open kitchen and the living room. On your left there is the living room with a sofa, coffee table, a chair and desk. It is equipped with a flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. The kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator and everything you can need for cooking. The bedroom is in an alcove and it has a queen size bed. Finally, the bathroom is complete with shower, sink and toilet.

This well located accommodation is ideal for a couple in vacations in New York.
