This accommodation is located on the 3rd floor of a building with lift in the Lower East Side, one of the most authentic and multicultural districts of Manhattan. It is surrounded by Chinatown, Little Italy, many restaurants (Asian, Italian, French, Turkish, Jamaican...), original little shops, and various types of cafés with live music. You are at a few minutes from SoHo, neighborhood known for its numerous art galleries (more than 300) and its fashion boutiques such as Prada, Bloomingdale's, Chanel, Victoria's Secret, Dolce & Gabbana and Calvin Klein.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with lift. It has a large sofa, a Plasma TV 42-inch High Definition, a table with 4 chairs and little coffee tables.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stoves, oven, micro waves... It is opened on the living room thanks to a bar where you can share a breakfast or a pre-dinner drink.
There are 3 bedrooms. Each one has a queen size bed.

We provide blankets and pillows for the maximum capacity of the apartment, free of charge (i.e.: a 2 bedroom apartment is allotted 3 sets of blankets/sheets/pillows - 1 for each bed, and 1 for the sofa bed). The customer can order additional sheets, blankets, and pillows for a onetime fee of $25/set.

Additional comfy foldable foam mats can be requested if necessary (their rental price is already included in the website).

The bathroom is complete with shower. The owner shall provide each tenant with a towel. If you would like more, there is a $ 5 charge for each additional fresh towel. The price published online includes a Wi-Fi broadband.
