Originally, SoHo was an industrial district, and then in the 60s and 70s, the area became famous as the abandoned factories offered a cheap real estate space for artists. Many former industrial buildings, appreciated by artists for their size and brightness, were then transformed into studios and lofts. Today, there are still galleries, but you mostly find luxury boutiques, restaurants and bars. You can also discover Greenwich Village, which is at only 10 minutes walking. This bohemian district is known for its alternative culture. It is the birthplace of political, artistic or cultural movements. Poetry cafes, bookstores and jazz clubs were developed in the area, as well as Off Broadway theaters to give another image of the theater that are presented on Broadway. Nightlife of Greenwich Village is very exciting and it is undoubtedly the city's most interesting district to listen to good jazz bands, folk or rock.

This 500 sq.ft apartment is located on the 4rd floor of a building without lift. For your comfort it is equipped with air conditioning and wireless internet connection. The apartment is bright and the whole floor is wooden floor.
You enter in the main room which has a kitchenette and a sitting area. The kitchenette is fully equipped and it has an oven with 4 electric hotplates and everything you need to cook. There is also a table for 4 people. This room is equipped with a 42 inch plasma HD television. This apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with a queen size bed.

We provide blankets and pillows for the maximum capacity of the apartment, free of charge (i.e.: a 2 bedroom apartment is allotted 3 sets of blankets/sheets/pillows - 1 for each bed, and 1 for the sofa bed). The customer can order additional sheets, blankets, and pillows for a onetime fee of $25/set.

Finally, the bathroom has a shower and a basin with a large mirror. The toilets are independent. The owner shall provide each tenant with a towel. If you would like more, there is a $ 5 charge for each additional fresh towel.

Internet and WIFI are provided in all apartments; however, the owner cannot guarantee they will be working all the time.
