You are in Brooklyn in the neighborhood of Williamsburg, just one subway stop from Manhattan. Known as an area of strong diversity, many different nationalities (Italians, Puerto Ricans, Germans and Dominicans) now call this thriving location home. In the 1970s, some of the first artists moved to Williamsburg because of large spaces, low rent and good transportation, now this young and trendy district hosts many galleries, theaters, concert bars and fashion shops. Bedford Avenue, a local "hot-spot" for current pop culture is only a few shorts steps from your accommodation. You are 10 minutes walk from Marcy Avenue and 15 minutes from Washington Plaza. The McCarren Park is 20 minutes walk and access to surrounding areas is easy with the subway on Bedford Avenue.

Both these 700 sq ft apartments for up to 9 people are incredible places to stay, with the generous natural light, wooden floors and the private roof terrace so you can enjoy the view of the surrounding areas. The open-plan living room is a comfortable place to be with its black leather sofabed, small desk with two chairs and a flat screen T.V. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials to prepare a home cooked meal. There are three bar stools that allow you to eat from the counter. Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms, which are separated by a glass dividing wall and each room has a queen-size bed. You have the appropriate number of sheets and pillows for the capacity of the apartment.

You can request extra set of pillows, sheets and blankets for $25 per set. The bathroom is complete with bathtub and shower. The owner provides each tenant with a bath towel. If you would like more, there is an extra charge of $5 per towel. For your convenience, wireless internet and air conditioning are installed.
