You are in the West Village neighborhood, more precisely in the Meatpacking District.
Early 20th century, Meatpacking was home to 250 slaughterhouses. It is now one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Manhattan. You will find boutiques of most popular fashion designers (Stella McCartney, Alexander McQueen, Diane von Furstenberg, etc..), The Apple Store, very good restaurants and bars, such as the famous Buddha Bar, and also many nightclubs.

The apartment, very bright, has a large living room with wooden floor, a sofa, a flat screen TV and a dining area with a table and 4 chairs. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second a full size bed. It can easily accommodate 4 people, 2 in each bed. Additional comfy foldable foam mat can be requested if necessary.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is very convenient. There are a bathtub, a toilet, a sink and shelves to store your personal belongings. The studio is fully equipped and furnished. The price published online includes Internet Wi-Fi broadband and a TV Plasma 42 "High definition.

The owner shall provide each tenant with a towel. If you would like more, there is a $ 5 charge for each additional fresh towel. We provide blankets and pillows for the maximum capacity of the apartment, free of charge (i.e.: a 2 bedroom apartment is allotted 3 sets of blankets/sheets/pillows - 1 for each bed, and 1 for the sofa bed). The customer can order additional sheets, blankets, and pillows for a onetime fee of $25/set.
