This holiday apartment for up to 5 people . It has 2 bedrooms, one queen size bed (60'' x 80'') and one full size bed (54'' x 75'')has an incredibly peaceful garden. You will easily appreciate having a walk among the red and pink tulips, listening to the romantic cascading waterfall and enjoying the barbeque area with grill. Additional comfy foldable foam mats can be requested if necessary (their rental price is already included in the website). In the garden, there are wooden table and chairs to allow you to have a sit in this little oasis with some friends. By night, you will probably feel like in a fairy tale, in a magic garden full of little dreamy lights. This house includes Internet Broadband WI-FI, dishwasher, Microwave, Hi Def 42” Plasma TV, gas, Electricity, Heat & Hot/Cold Water.

The owner shall provide each tenant with a towel. If you would like more, there is a $ 5 charge for each additional fresh towel. We provide blankets and pillows for the maximum capacity of the apartment, free of charge (i.e.: a 2 bedroom apartment is allotted 3 sets of blankets/sheets/pillows - 1 for each bed, and 1 for the sofa bed). The customer can order additional sheets, blankets, and pillows for a onetime fee of $25/set.

This apartment is brand new and fully equipped to guarantee you a quality stay in New York, at only 15 minutes from SoHo and Union Square. There is a laundry in the basement.
