You are situated in Bedford Stuyvesant and since its formation in the 1930´s; this active district has been the cultural heart of Brooklyn for decades. Having undergone major renovations since those early days, many middle class residents now call this area home. You have a large variety of choice to take your fancy from florists, cafes, bakeries, bars, new clothing stores, restaurants and much more. The main shopping street is Fulton, where you can find all the latest fashions.
In your vicinity is Saratoga Park, which is a 8 minute walk. Fulton Park is 15 minutes away with Irving Square and St Johns Park both 25 minutes walking. Due to your ideal location, you are 5 stops from Manhattan on the Duke Ellington's A train, close to the C and J trains and seconds away from 3 city buses. The A train takes you straight to Macys at 34th street and 42nd street Time Square.
This 750 sq ft air-conditioned 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building that has no elevator. This unique accommodation features a Zen style garden as well as being furnished with comfort in mind. The living room area has wooden floors and large windows that allow sunlight to filter in, while using the exposed brick wall as the stage of calm. The living room consists of a double sofa bed, a glass center table, a flat screen T.V with basic cable and a DVD player. Each of the 2 bedrooms is furnished with a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a coffee machine and all the other essentials needed to prepare a meal. The bathroom is complete with a bath/shower, wash-hand basin and a toilet. In addition the apartment has Wi-Fi internet.
