My two girlfriends and I stayed in this apartment for two weeks. The apartment was everything we needed and more! It had a fantastic location for all the best sights, bars and restaurants in Manhattan. The apartment owner was incredibly accomodating; she emailed me regularly prior to the trip with all the information we required, she was at the apartment on our arrival and also allowed us to check in in the evening and check out late. She provided everything we needed including a calling card, lots and lots of towels, tourist guides and even umbrellas! She was amazing and even called us on our final day to wish us all the best!! We had the most wonderful holiday and would use the apartment in future and recommend to everyone we know!

Le logement se trouve au 2ème étage de l'immeuble. Il est situé dans un secteur résidentiel très calme et aisé (on s'y sent en totale sécurité). Le métro est facilement accessible (5 à 10 min à pied), certaines lignes de bus passent au pied de l'immeuble. L'appartement n'est pas tout neuf mais est très propre et possède toutes les commodités nécessaires. Il est équipé de la climatisation (très appréciable l'été!), d'une petite cuisine équipée (frigo/congelateur, plaque de cuisson, micro onde, lave vaisselle), d'une salle de bain avec baignoire et d'une chambre pourvue de rangements spacieux (pas de machine à laver en revanche, ni d'ordinateur mais un accès wifi). La propriétaire est très accueillante et se montre disponible en cas de besoin. En bref, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir à cette adresse.

(How was your stay?) We had a very nice stay in NYC and in the appartment which was very clean and fully equipped. The place, let by a friendly owner, was very appropriate for the three of us with all facilities including dishwasher and wireless internet. The house is a charming building right in the center of Yorkville, one block from the Mayor's Mansion where the east river freshens the air. The M86 bus on the corner took us to Central Park, the Museum of Natural History and to the 86th street subway station within minutes. We would definitely book the same again. (Would you use again our services?) Yes, convenient and reliable service.

The owner of the apartment was a very sweat person. Everything was great! Very clean, perfect for a family with young kids. Great location, easy acess with car. (Would you use again our services?): Yes. Easy, no trouble at all! The apartment was just as the pictures told.
