Times Square is also just a 7-10 minutes' walk from the apartment. If you want to walk or watch a show on the world famous Broadway it is just 2 blocks away. Madison Square Garden, home to all New York's biggest concerts and events is less than a block away.

You have practically everything on your block, you do not need to go more than a few minutes on foot to eat any kind of cuisine, withdraw money, buy electronics or even watch a show or a movie. Yes, all of this is actually located on your block. The flat is located on the 9th floor of a building with 4 elevators, 24-hour doorman and video surveillance.

The apartment is cozy and comfortable and it has all the amenities that you will need during your stay in New York. You also get a great view of midtown Manhattan and New York's famous skyline, especially beautiful at night.

As EMPIRE STATE 1, it is an environmentally-friendly apartment. The owner is trying to have as little impact on the environment as possible. They are using only eco-friendly cleaning supplies and recycled materials for all the paper and glass that you will use in the accommodation. They have signed a special contract with the electric company to ensure that we will use only electricity generated by wind and water. The living room has a comfortable couch which can also fold out and become a bed for 2 more people, a coffee table and HDTV. Each bedroom features a queen size bed with comfortable bedding, as well as a closet in one bedroom and a chest of drawers in the other. The apartment has a lot of closet space, so there is no need to worry about where to put your suitcases! There is a fully equipped kitchen with not only all the utensils, pots, pans and dishes that you might need, but also a large full stove with an oven, microwave and a dishwasher! The apartment comes with free high-speed internet, free cable TV and free unlimited local and international calls (international calls to landlines only).

There is also a laundry room on each floor of the building, you can enjoy the free gym on the third floor. The greatest part of this is the roof deck where you can come as you please, sit, relax and enjoy the city views.
