You are at just a subway station away from Manhattan and ten minutes from SoHo and Union Square, where there are fashion and design boutiques but also restaurants, cafes and bars.

This apartment is on the ground floor. You have access from the main room to a 500 sq.ft. wooden terrace where you can have a drink with your friends. It is furnished with a wooden table, chairs and a bench. The living room has a queen size futon, a coffee table, a desk and a bookshelf. The kitchen is opened and it is equipped with a refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. The bedroom has a double bed and bedside tables.

We provide blankets and pillows for the maximum capacity of the apartment, free of charge (i.e.: a 2 bedroom apartment comes with 3 sets of blankets/sheets/pillows - 1 for each bed). The customer can order additional sheets, blankets, and pillows for a onetime fee of $25/set.

The bathroom is complete with a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet. The owner shall provide each tenant with a towel. If you would like more, there is a $ 5 charge for each additional fresh towel.
