This apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building without elevator in the heart of Manhattan. You are at less than 10 minutes from Times Square, MoMA (Museum of Modern Art), Rockefeller Center, Park Avenue, etc.. And just 15 minutes from Central Park. The living room has a sofa, High Definition TV Plasma 42 inch with 1000 channels, 150 HD channels and all the movie channels (HBO, SHOW, CMAX, STARZ, etc..) and a table with 4 chairs. The first bedroom has a double queen size bed.
The second bedroom is more spacious and has two full size beds.
This apartment can accommodate up to 6 people if needed. Additional comfy foldable foam mattresses can be requested if necessary (its rental price is already included in the website). But if you wish to secure your comfort during your stay: additional high quality line premier comfort raised aerobeds can also be requested if necessary for the additional guest. Please check with our Customer service the rental price.
The kitchen is fully equipped and open on the living room. The bathroom has a large shower. The owner shall provide each tenant with a towel. If you would like more, there is a $ 5 charge for each additional fresh towel. The published price online includes maid service and a wireless connection.
