Originally, SoHo was an industrial district, then in the 60s, 70s, the area became famous as the abandoned factories offered a cheap real estate space for artists. Many former industrial buildings, appreciated by artists for their size and brightness, were then transformed into studios and lofts. Today, you still can find galleries, but there are mostly luxury boutiques, restaurants and bars.
This apartment is on the 6th floor of a building without lift. It has been completely renovated recently.
For your convenience the apartment is fully equipped and it has air conditioning in the kitchen, a wireless internet connection and a big flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player. The whole apartment has parquet floor. Its exposed red brick walls give to the apartment a lot of charm. The apartment is minimalist and decorated with great taste.
