Beautifully decorated 1 bedroom apartment located on 14th floor of new building has a gourmet kitchen, state of the art entertainment system, 24 hour doorman/security in one of New York City's hottest neighbourhoods. It is at walking distance to Times Square, theater district and Greenwich Village. All major subway lines within 5 minute walk. The terrace is fully planted, outdoor seating for 6 and gas grill.
