Access to other districts of New York is made easy via the subway at 8th Ave station.

This 900 sq ft 4 bedroom apartment that is suitable for up to 10 people is located on the 3rd floor of the building that has no elevator. The accommodation, with its wooden floors throughout has been tastefully furnished and is the perfect place to relax. The living room consists of a sofa bed and a flat screen T.V. Each of the 4 bedrooms has been furnished with a double bed and a bed side table. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator, oven and all the other essentials needed to cook a meal. The bathroom is complete with a bath/shower, wash-hand basin and a toilet. In addition, there is central heating and wireless internet.

You have the appropriate number of sheets and pillows for the capacity of the apartment. You can request extra set of pillows, sheets and blankets for $25 per set. The owner provides each tenant with a bath towel. If you would like more, there is an extra charge of $5 per towel.
