I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The apartment was situated in a great location, steps from Central Park and the subway. Each morning I walked to one of the many neighborhood eateries for coffee and a scone before heading for Central Park and all of the New York sights! After a busy day of sightseeing, I was so glad to be back at Owner's apartment in such a quiet & lovely neighborhood. I ate dinner in the area or brought home delicious pizza for a quiet dinner indoors. The apartment itself was very cozy and comfortable and well maintained. The owner was just amazing in her communication with me, providing all the necessary details. Her follow through is impeccable and I felt very happy and safe staying in her home. I highly recommend this rental to anyone who is visiting the city. Your stay is certain to be memorable!

Perfect Upper West Side location. Clean, comfortable and large for a studio. Owner is friendly and helpful. We recommend it without reservation and would be happy to stay there again during future NYC visits.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment because of it proximity to Central Park, museums, subway access and great eateries. We found the owner very friendly and accommodating. We think this studio is great value for the cost and would return here on our next visit to NYC. Would be happy to recommend this place to friends and family.

I visit NY several times a year, and this is my favorite place to stay so far. Perfect location - between Central and Riverside Parks. Near subway, near bus that crosses Central Park, everything you could want within a few blocks - groceries, drug store, bank, restaurants. Short ride to theater district & Lincoln Center. Very comfortable, well-maintained apt. Owners are friendly, helpful, responsive, prompt and caring. I had a few somewhat unusual needs come up while there, and the owner always had the information I needed. Came with a friend, and the owners provided an extra bed (blow-up mattress). Plenty of room for that in bedroom. All good.

We came to NYC for our wedding in June 2011. the owner  was SO helpful throughout the booking process and we could not have been happier with this apartment. Thay really went out of their way to make it easy for us to book. It is on the cutest street and quite literally only 1/2 block to the park and subway. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants and all amentities and a major roadway for easy access via cab to downtown. The pictures are very accurate - it is such a neat space. We were giddy each time we came back to this space - couldnt believe how lucky we were to have found it. This apartment is in a gorgeous very quiet and safe building (brownstone). There is a great kitchen, breakfast table, a/c, plenty of closet space, TV, great sized bathroom and and washer/dryer in the basement. You could not ask for more in a rental apartment. We will definitely be booking this space for our next trip - if it is available! Thanks Nena, we had a LOVELY trip.

This apartment is very nice and quite spacious for a studio. It is clean and updated and very light and pleasant. The location is fantastic, half a block from Central Park. The owner was very accommodating in getting us keys and working with our arrival and departure schedule. I would definitely stay again or recommend to a friend. The apartment is on the ground floor, so there are no stairs.
