This 700sq.ft apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a walk-up building. It is in the same building as the CARMINE VILLAGE 3 apartment and in the same street as the CARMINE VILLAGE 1 apartment, just one minute's walk away.

The apartment is located in Greenwich Village, Manhattan, a bohemian neighborhood that is considered the birthplace of political, artistic and cultural movements and is full of cafes, bookstores, jazz clubs and independent theaters. The former slaughterhouse district, the Meatpacking District, is just 5 minutes' walk away. Today it is one of Manhattan's trendiest neighborhoods, with high fashion boutiques, great restaurants and bars, such as the famous Buddha Bar, in addition to a range of nightclubs.

The main room encompasses the living and kitchen areas. The living room has a double sofa bed, a coffee table and shelves. There is a dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, hotplates and microwave oven to facilitate cooking, and there is even a dishwasher. The apartment has 3 bedrooms. The first is separated from the living room by a curtain and has no door. All bedrooms have a queen size bed and one also has a bedside table and small shelf.

We provide blankets and pillows free of charge for the maximum capacity of the apartment, (i.e. a 2 bedroom apartment is allotted 3 sets of blankets/sheets/pillows - 1 for each bed, and 1 for the sofa bed). The customer can order additional sheets, blankets, and pillows for a onetime fee of $25/set.

The bathroom is complete with bathtub and shower head, a sink and a toilet. The owner will provide each tenant with a clean towel. If you would like more, there is a $ 5 charge for each additional towel.

For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi Internet connection, air conditioning and a 42 inch plasma HDTV.
