Midtown West is a neighborhood in Manhattan, New York City, that has such world-famous commercial buildings as Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, and the Empire State Building. Midtown also includes the new, revitalized Times Square and the Theater District, where world-famous Broadway productions wow audiences nightly.
The apartment is located on a relatively quiet block, so you will have absolutely no noise from the street but you will enjoy the view.
It is located on the 11th floor of a building with 4 elevators, a 24-hour doorman and video surveillance.
It is cozy and environmentally-friendly! The owner tries to have the least impact as possible on the environment: hes using only eco-friendly cleaning supplies and recycled materials for all the paper and glass that you will use in the apartment. He has signed a special contract with an electric company to ensure that the apartment has only electricity generated by wind and water.
The living room has a comfortable couch which can also fold out and become a bed for 2 more people. You also have a coffee table and HDTV in this room, where you can rest and relax after a busy day in New York.
There are 2 bedrooms. The first one features a comfortable queen size bed, as well as a closet and the second one has a full size bed and a chest of drawers.
