Midtown West is a neighborhood in Manhattan, New York City, that has such world-famous commercial buildings as Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, and the Empire State Building. Midtown also includes the new, revitalized Times Square and the Theater District, where world-famous Broadway productions wow audiences nightly. The apartment is located on a relatively quiet block, so you will have absolutely no noise from the street but you will enjoy the view.

It is located on the 11th floor of a building with 4 elevators, a 24-hour doorman and video surveillance.
It is cozy and environmentally-friendly! The owner tries to have the least impact as possible on the environment: hes using only eco-friendly cleaning supplies and recycled materials for all the paper and glass that you will use in the apartment. He has signed a special contract with an electric company to ensure that the apartment has only electricity generated by wind and water.

The living room has a comfortable couch which can also fold out and become a bed for 2 more people. You also have a coffee table and HDTV in this room, where you can rest and relax after a busy day in New York. There are 2 bedrooms. The first one features a comfortable queen size bed, as well as a closet and the second one has a full size bed and a chest of drawers. There is a fully equipped kitchen opened to the living room. The bathroom is complete with a bathtub and shower. The apartment comes with free high-speed internet, free cable TV and free unlimited local and international calls (international calls to landlines only). There is also a laundry room on each floor of the building and you can enjoy the free gym on the third floor. The greatest part of this all is the roof deck where you can come as you please, sit, relax and enjoy the city views.
