Very clean and modern and spacious with great features including dishwasher and full kitchen equipment, washer and drier as well as a fitness room and free wifi. The rooftop bar was being renovated while we were there so we are looking forward to enjoying that on our next stay. Even though this contruction was happening and impacting on the small lobby it was kept clean and quiet and the staff were most helpful. Location has advantage of being in walking distance to many attractions and although close to it was much quieter and less frenetic than Times Square. One comment we would make is that the apartments facing the street would benefit from black out blinds to cut the glare from the Times Square lights at night. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back next time we visit New York.

Stayed in 708 and we loved it! One bedroom appartment with all facilities was nice, spacious and just what we needed for 10 days stay! Location of hotel is perfect, 100 yards from the Times Square! the only thing we did not like was maintenance works were taking place so we were woken up at 8 am by the noise, but we are planning to return. Also, be aware that Hotel does not accept cash payments and your credit card is charged the full amount upon arrival.

AKA Apartments were perfectly located for first time visitors to NY. We had a one bedroom apartment looking on to 44 street and it was quiet despite the milling crowds aroung Times Square at New Year. The staff were particularly helpful over a heating problem in our apartment and did everything possible to resolve it ( without success however they offered compensation). The apartments are spacious ( ours was designed for a disabled guest which meant the bathroom was very spacious compared to the othe apartments on the floor); fitted out with modern furniture; a well equipped kitchen and laundry ( very handy when staying more than a week) and a comfortable bed. I would definitely stay there again. Who needs the hassle of having a room serviced every day. The thorough clean each week is all that one needs.

I dont normally comment on anything unless it is worth commenting on. All I can say is wow. Great location 30 second walk from times square. Apartments were fantastic, clean and in good condition. Staff were great also. I will be booking for next year

Très bien situé. Le personnel de l'accueil très agréable et toujours présent pour répondre à nos questions. Appartement qui correspondait bien aux visuels. Notre séjour a été réussi.
