You will be able to access the heart of Manhattan, every day, quickly and easily. Many artists and creators have moved to Brooklyn, because it is one of Manhattan’s closest metropolitan districts and where there are spacious apartments rented and sold at lower prices than in the city centre. The animated district of Williamsburg is located at the exit of the bridge of the same name, 15 minutes by subway to SoHo and from Union Square. Although the apartments are located in old buildings, they all have been renovated.

The apartments are fully equipped and furnished. The price published online includes Wi-Fi broadband, microwave, TV Plasma 42 "High definition. Their floors are wooden.
The owner shall provide each tenant with a towel. If you would like more, there is a $ 5 charge for each additional fresh towel.
We provide blankets and pillows for the maximum capacity of the apartment, free of charge (i.e.: a 2 bedroom apartment is allotted 3 sets of blankets/sheets/pillows - 1 for each bed, and 1 for the sofa bed). (How was your stay?) : Good, overall we had a very pleasant stay in the apartment and in New York. The staff was friendly and helpful, the situation of the apartment is great, the kitchen is good equiped, with new things and also the furniture was new. (Would you use again our services?) : Yes.
