Dear FeelNYC, We stayed at Guggenheim Charm in NYC from 10th -16th April. Communications with owner generally worked well atlhough at one point there was a delay in her getting back to me. Owner Check-in service was excellent. We were very happy with the apartment and it's location and thought that it was excellent value for money. We would definitely stay there if we were returning to New York. Happy for you to use my comments. The only negative about the whole booking service was that when i made the original enquiry it was difficult to understand how your business actually is set up and what the process was so I was a bit uncertain about the whole process. Thanks.
