This 2000 sq ft loft apartment is on the top floor (up three flights of stairs) of a building without elevator. The living room is incredibly spacious. It has parquet floors, brick walls and large windows. There is a double sofa-bed, coffee table, flat screen TV and a dining table with 10-14 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas range, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the utensils necessary to prepare and share a meal with friends. There are a total of 6 beds, some beds are seperated by a glass sliding wall. Each has a full size double bed (140 x 200cm / 55” x 79”). You have a set of sheets and pillows for the capacity of the apartment (one set for each bed and sofa-bed). You can request an extra set of pillows, sheets and blankets for $25 per set. The bathroom is complete with bathtub and shower. The owner provides each tenant with one towel. If you need more, there is a $5 charge per additional towel. The property has a wireless internet connection. This loft is perfect for a group of young people on vacation in New York.
