... in your request specifying us how many accommodations you need to rent. Those 1400 sq.ft. apartments are located on the 3rd/4th/5th floor of a building with elevator. You are in the heart of Williamsburg, in Brooklyn. It is a lively and a cosmopolitan area, where many ethnic groups have settled. There is also a very active artistic community since the 70’s. There are many art galleries, fashion boutiques, restaurants, bars and independent theaters. You can easily reach Manhattan by subway (one station), you are at only a 15 minutes’ ride by subway to go to SoHo and Union Square where there are shops, trendy restaurants and bars. The main room is made up with the living room and the kitchen. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed and a coffee table. There is a 42-inch plasma HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, and there is a dining table with 4 chairs. The accommodation has 5 bedrooms. They all have a double bed and a window. One of them also has a closet and a dresser. We provide blankets and pillows for the maximum capacity of the apartment, free of charge (i.e.: a 2 bedroom apartment is allotted 3 sets of blankets/sheets/pillows - 1 for each bed, and 1 for the sofa bed). The customer can order additional sheets, blankets, and pillows for a onetime fee of $25/set. There are 2 bathrooms. Both are complete with bathtub and shower head, sink and toilet. The owner shall provide each tenant with a towel. If you would like more, there is a $ 5 charge for each additional fresh towel. Finally, for your comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning and WIFI Internet. There is also a laundry in the building with a paying washing machine and a dryer.
