The accommodation is an open loft about 550 sq.ft. large and recently renovated. It has a beautiful big bay window with a view of the bustling Lexington Avenue and it is quite sunny.
It is ideal for 2 people but it can accommodate easily 4 people thanks to its double bed and its double sofa bed. We provide blankets and pillows for the maximum capacity of the apartment, free of charge (i.e.: a 2 bedroom apartment is allotted 3 sets of blankets/sheets/pillows - 1 for each bed, and 1 for the sofa bed). The customer can order additional sheets, blankets, and pillows for a onetime fee of $25/set.
The kitchen is fully furnished with a dishwasher, microwave, stove...
The bathroom is complete with bathtub and shower. The owner shall provide each tenant with a towel. If you would like more, there is a $ 5 charge for each additional fresh towel.
This apartment comes with Broadband Wi-Fi, HD 42” Plasma TV, gas, electricity...

The apartment was clean and well-serviced. Picking up the keys in Brooklyn before seeing the apt was a bit of a draw back, but I was made to feel welcome. The atmosphere was friendly and cheerful and I felt at ease, Providing a taxi to take me to the apt was a plus. The entrance and stairs leading up to the apt were not clean- -quite off putting, but I have spoken to the owners and they have agreed to look after this. (How was your stay?) My stay in New York City was wonderful. The apt was perfectly situated for my needs - shopping in Bloomingdales, visiting the museums - I could walk to them - strolling in Central Park, loving the saxaphone players and the array of buskers sharing their talents with the general public.The glamour of 5th Ave and Madison was on my doorstep. Shows on Broadway were totally accessible. (Would you use again our services?) It provided me with a unique New York experience. Buying my croissants at the Boulangerie next door every morning, grocery shopping at the local supermarket made me part of the city, not just a visitor. The facility of viewing and booking on the internet is a great asset. Having access to other people's experiences, comments and critiques was valuable to me - I'm a cautious traveller!

(How was your stay?) the suite was excellent. The service at all levels was excellent and the people were warm and incredibly accommodating. And the one bedroom would have been good value if there was more than just us. The outdoor seating of the one bedroom would have been good if we had been there in the summer. Winter not so good. (A little chilly) (Even for Canadians) (Would you use again our services?) First: value. Second: I go to cities like New York, Madrid, Paris etc to look at art that we cannot see in Canada. And finally Third: Privacy. I hate people coming into my room and cleaning it every day.
