During the summer, the hot dry season in New York, extra beds can be set up on the private terrace in a delicious “sleep in a night sky” atmosphere. Up to 10 people can easily be accommodated in this great apartment of 3767 square feet (400m2) thanks to these extra beds set up on the roof terrace. In the rare instance or rain, pop up tents can be set up above the “sleep in a night sky” beds. Please ask our booking department to send you more information about these tents. In addition to the roof private terrace, you will enjoy the incredible wooden terrace, which in summer, turns into a 2nd lounge. This luxurious vacation home has a beautiful fireplace in the elegant lounge and some stairs lead on the sunny terrace. This apartment includes high speed Internet WI-FI, dishwasher, microwave, 42 inch plasma HDTV, gas, electricity, heat and hot / cold water... The kitchen is fully equipped. There are 2 bathrooms. At night, you will be mesmerized by the romantic garden with its magnificent lighting that creates a magical atmosphere. There are a washer and a dryer in the basement. The owner shall provide each tenant with a towel. If you would like more, there is a $ 5 charge for each additional fresh towel. We provide blankets and pillows for the maximum capacity of the apartment, free of charge (i.e.: a 2 bedroom apartment is allotted 3 sets of blankets/sheets/pillows - 1 for each bed, and 1 for the sofa bed). The customer can order additional sheets, blankets, and pillows for a onetime fee of $25/set.

Apartment was lovely, 2x massive large screen TVs for the evenings where you just want to chill, vastly more than enough space than we needed for the 10 of us that stayed, highly recommended. It's close enough to everything to get into Manhattan in 10-15mins on the subway but with good street parking and great cheap local takeaways also close to Peter Lugers. Location in Williamsburg was a little rundown in places, for anyone coming from the UK it's a bit like some parts of central london, you can have expensive apartments and restaurants on one street, turn the corner and you will find rundown areas with grafitti etc - that said I would definately stay there again. (How was your stay?) Great, weather was record breaking, we got to see everything we wanted to in a week, plus having a car gave us a different view of New York where you can drive 20 miles outside the city to find some beautiful coutryside.
