I've got everything what I needed. Clean apartment and a clean bed in Manhattan. Meatpacking is a nice area between Soho and Chelsea, great if you are like me, more night than day. Simple and small. I didn't spend so much time in the apartment only to sleep

I went with my mom and we liked the layout, the design and the deco, the bathroom wasn't that pretty but it was clean. It was my first time visiting New York and never heard about Meatpacking district and I think it's the best to stay. Lot of life, bars, restaurants,

Great choice 5-minutes walking from Washington Square, the heart of Greenwich Village. Just one street to be crossed, to reach the closest Subway station. Besides all this unnegotiable conveniences, the studio is comfortable enough for 2persons: clean and well equipped.

This apartment is in a great location - close to the subway and a huge variety of cafes, restaurants, and shops. Its in walking distance to shopping in Soho, and exploring different areas of NYC such as the Meatpacking District, Greenwich Village and the East Village. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a solo traveler or a couple who want to be in a fantastic area of NYC without paying the earth.

The original unit that I rented became unavailable to do maintenance issues, but the company who I rented from quickly found another unit for me with a free upgrade and still in a nice area of the city. Overall the whole idea of renting instead of getting a hotel for a weekend to save money was pleasant. I would definitely do this again for it saved me about $200-$400 compared to if I stayed in a hotel like Marriott.

I can't find enough superlatives to describe the location of this apartment! Ideal for a single traveler, or couple. Great price, in a very artistic, laid back part of the city. Great local amenities, and transport links, be it heading uptown, or down. I'll certainly be checking availability of this apartment for my next visit.

Although very small, the apartment was a great place to stay - very quiet at night. It has two large windows that face a courtyard and this helped make the apartment feel roomier than it was. The owner provided excellent customer service - our request for more towels and some hangers was responded to immediately. Not all of the things mentioned in the apartment description were provided - there was no coffee maker, no blow dryer, no phone for local calls and no alarm clock. The kitchen is fairly well stocked, but we had to buy our own dish soap and the kitchen did not have wine glasses or a corkscrew (we left a corkscrew so that problem should now be solved!) However, for us these were all minor inconveniences and we did not bother to ask the owner to provide any of these things. As promised, there was internet access and a television. Overall this place is just fine for a couple looking for an interesting neighborhood and a quiet apartment. The restaurants in the area were excellent - the streets were wonderful for late night walks. We will definitely consider renting this place again.

I am happy to recommend this apartment get-away located in the heart of West Greenwich Village. I stayed here for 1 month and although quite small in terms of space, this apartment is a great value for New York City and provides an ideal place from which to explore the shops, restaurants etc, of the West Village and all of New York City. It is a short walk to the 7th avenue subway as well as 14th street going north or Bleeker Street going south. Also, the property manager was very professional, responsive and nice to work with.
